A safe, judgment-free space to be yourself, talk about what matters, and find tools that actually help.
Teens bring their own perspectives, strengths, and challenges to therapy. My first goal is to build a relationship where you feel safe, respected, and comfortable being yourself—even if that takes time.
We’ll talk about what matters to you, what others are concerned about, and how therapy can help. Together, we’ll set goals and decide when or if it makes sense to involve parents, friends, teachers, or others.
Therapy is usually conversation-based, but we can also use journaling, art, music, movement, mindfulness, or printed forms—whatever fits. I want each session to give you something useful and leave you feeling more ready for future challenges.
